Refund Policy

Original Artwork

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final once the piece has been shipped. We carefully photograph and describe each piece to accurately represent the artwork you'll receive.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a full refund or replacement where possible.

Commissions

For commissioned work, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. Once the commission is approved and completed, the sale is final. We will provide progress updates and seek your approval before finalizing the piece.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the artwork has not yet been shipped.
